Gender Pay Gap
Our gender pay gap is £1.89 per hour with women receiving a median hourly rate of £11.86 p/h and men receiving £13.75 p/h gross.

Figures arrived at by dividing annual salary by weeks in the year (52.14) and then by individual weekly hours. Median figures used in line with Office for National Statistics methods. This figure excludes all extra payments above base salary.
