I’m now a more confident person, more knowledgeable but still learning, and I would like to open my own body repair and mechanics workshop eventually.

What Angela had to say...

I first started at Wakefield College on the Entry to Employment route, and over the past six years I’ve worked my way through the levels.

When I got an apprenticeship in motor vehicle mechanics I asked for Wakefield College as my training provider because it’s conveniently located and also because I’ve always felt at home here – it’s like one big happy family. The tutors are very professional, friendly, easy to get along with and always ready to help.

I’m now a more confident person, more knowledgeable but still learning, and I would like to open my own body repair and mechanics workshop eventually. Wakefield College has helped me come so far in life, and I will always be proud of my accomplishments, particularly winning the Student of the Year Award for Motor Vehicle.
