Staff Values & Expectations

As a College, we expect the highest standards of professionalism from ourselves and of those around us. All staff at Wakefield College have a responsibility to model these standards at all times. We lead by example and challenge each other constructively when we fall short. By doing so we reinforce the expected behaviour of students, which will enable them to operate successfully in the world of work.

These expectations apply not only to our duties within the organisation, but also in how we engage in public activities outside of the working environment.
