I am thoroughly enjoying my time on the Production Chef Level 2 apprenticeship at Wakefield College. I’m constantly learning new skills which will enable me to progress further in my job as a catering assistant in a local school. The atmosphere within the kitchens is relaxed and my tutor Damien is great, making us all feel at ease. I initially felt nervous and lacked confidence but since enrolling onto the course, my confidence has been boosted and can I now easily apply all the skills learnt.
