Academy of Sporting Excellence at Wakefield College

Sport and exercise is always about taking part, it’s often about winning and losing, but for many it’s about improving performance.

Sport, exercise, fitness and health are vital parts of modern society, and there’s a demand for people who understand these areas.

We provide the ideal environment to prepare you for a career in the industry. We have a range of bespoke facilities newly created to the highest standards, including a sports laboratory fully equipped with the latest technologies, professional sports therapy suites, a strength and conditioning gym of international quality, working fitness gyms, studio sports pitches and a massage suite.
