What our students say about us...

I feel like I was greatly influenced by the YSI project because the work we saw was so diverse and abstract which helped broaden my horizon on sculpture as a whole. I’ve always been creative and this project has allowed me to further my thinking, skills and help drive my newly found passion for sculpture.

My course of Level 3 Sport has also proven to be a spectacular journey in widening my knowledge of sport through interesting modules such as sport psychology and sports nutrition as well as allowing me to take sport further.

The support network provided at Wakefield College was one the main reasons I chose to study here. There’s a massive stepping stone from high school education, and the sixth form has improved my academic confidence and independence in preparation for university.
